FAQs

    • Ensure your pet is brushed and free of mats if possible. The key is to brush from the base of the skin.

    • Keep them calm and comfortable before you arrive.

    • Inform us of any special needs or health concerns your pet may have.

  • To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we do not accept the following types of dogs:

    1. Aggressive Dogs: Dogs that display aggressive behavior towards people. Please let us know if your dog has a history of biting or showing aggressive behavior towards specific triggers.

    2. Dogs with Untreated Medical Conditions: Dogs with untreated medical conditions that may affect their grooming experience or pose risks to their health and safety.

    3. Dogs That Require Extreme Handling: As a one-on-one grooming studio, I provide a calm, personalized experience for each dog in my care. My equipment and handling style are best suited for dogs 50 pounds or less, and I’m unable to accommodate dogs that require extreme handling or specialized behavioral support. This ensures a safe, low-stress environment and the highest quality care for every pup.

    4. Skunked Dogs: We do not accept skunked dogs due to the unique challenges involved in de-skunking procedures. These treatments require specialized products and techniques that are not typically part of our regular grooming services. Ensuring the safety and comfort of all pets in our care is our top priority, and we recommend seeking specialized de-skunking services for the best results.

Please note that these policies are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable grooming experience for all pets. If you have any concerns about your dog's behavior or health, please contact us beforehand to discuss your options or seek alternative grooming arrangements.
